Long-time SPHP starlet Dianastarr1 says a fond farewell to porn. The reason for her retirement from the adult industry is simple as far as Diana is concerned "... I made more than my fair share of movies, time to make room for some new talent " [DS1]. An early addition to the SPHP roster, Diana made her first SPH starring appearance back in 2018 in the movie short SPH Dancing Girls and has since gone on to star and co-star in over seven SPH movie productions. Her most recent appearance being "e-VOLUTION 3# THE RECKONING", as well as Marcuba's 8MM. From the moment Diana first stepped out of the shadow and onto the set of her first SPH productions, Diana has stayed true to the SPH family, oftentimes turning down other movie roles, choosing instead to stick close to home." There have been other offers that came my way. But I never took them on board. You get used to one way of working its hard to start all over with someone else" [DS1]

Even though the news of Diana's calling it a day may just have hit the SPH sounding boards. As it turns out, her decision to quit the business has been long known to both Marcuba and Diddi Bikcin." April I think, that's when I told M I was giving it up, just after we recorded the 8MM set. That was the last time I was on set with M ... the Evo3 shoot we did just before that" [DS1]

Never fear, we haven't seen the last of Diana yet. According to D we still have the second 8MM movie installment left to hit screens alongside a one-off movie short set in the evolution movie universe. her co-star Jazz Tux of Evo3 fame. A welcome final addition to Diana's filmography I'd say.

HIDDEN GEM

Early April 2021, Dianastarr1 step onto the set to star in Marcubas 8MM. Following a request for approval of a long-time fan of Diana's work, permission was granted allowing him to sit in during the making of the movie. Once the rap was called on the day's filming, according to Diana, this fan was so taken by the cast performance he requested a private recording session. Another request was made from the said fan for a private recording session starring none other than Diana herself. "He wanted to do the whole thing again using the same setup but this time with him behind the camera and in front of it as well lol... So we set it all up for a couple of days later at his sim ... to tell the truth when I go there on the day I was kinda surprised to see he'd had more or less the same backdrop set as the 8MM recording with a few added extras ... guessing he really liked the 8MM shoot lol" For their trouble both Diana and her co-star received an undisclosed amount in payment for the roles each undertook in the project.

Who this mystery benefactor was, Diana wasn't willing to share . " he's paying the bills, so only fair that he decided if he wants his name out there or not right ?... I got paid slightly more than we first agreed for a few extras".To date, neither sight nor sound has been heard of this movie.
